Terry Waggoner

Hey, I’m Terry Waggoner—REALTOR®, team leader, creative marketer, musical theater nerd, and full-time fan of Real Fun Real Estate.

I help people all over Central Indiana buy, sell, build, and invest—with strategy, personality, and just the right amount of caffeine. Real estate doesn't have to be overwhelming or boring, and my team and I are living proof. We bring smart strategy, big energy, and a whole lot of heart to every transaction (plus maybe a well-timed dad joke?).

I lead the Waggoner Team at Ferris Property Group alongside my (significantly older) brother, Andy—we’re a brother duo built on trust, honesty, and knowing our strengths. He handles client care and transactions like a pro, and I focus on marketing, systems, and big-picture strategy to keep our team and clients ahead of the curve.

When I’m not helping people make big moves, you’ll find me watching reality TV (don't judge) with my awesome wife and three kids, writing or performing a musical, cheering on my beloved Tigers, Lions, and Wolverines, reading and reading some more, or working on ways to grow both personally and professionally. (I'm a big self-growth junkie.) I’m also big on creative marketing (featured on NPR and named Inman Innovator of the Year), obsessed with making things better, and fiercely committed to serving well—with a side of fun.

I'm a professional at quoting "The Office." I love a good home project and always overly confident in my DIY skills. I love animals, and I want to save them all—which is why I've fostered over 20 kittens since 2020. I love being apart of helping someone find their four-legged BFF. I will go above and beyond for my clients because I believe in treating people well. TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

I support one of Central Indiana's top (and most fun!) real estate team as the Transaction Coordinator. I support all of our amazing agents and their clients by ensuring a smooth transaction process and experience with our company. I coordinate administrative and logistical details throughout the process, and will be especially helpful once you go under contract to list your current home, and/or purchase your new home. I'm also Andy's wife! =)
